Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Glitzy Kid is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us right away at hello@theglitzykid.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
